Our Journey

Liquid Shoe's Brewery is the brainchild of Eric, the mastermind brewer with an artist's heart, and David, the business-savvy backbone. It all began in 2007, in Eric's garage, with a humble one-barrel system and an unquenchable thirst for crafting the perfect brew. From ales to stouts, IPAs to pale ales, Eric delved deep into the brewing world, not just as a craft but as an art form. His dedication meant that only the brews that lived up to his exacting standards would see the light of day—or the inside of a pint glass.

In 2015, a birthday gift from David to Eric—a formed LLC—poured the foundation of what was to become Liquid Shoe's Brewery. A year later, a partnership was born, fueled by shared dreams and a joint venture to craft beers that weren't just good, but legendary.

The Art of Brewing

By late 2017, after many a brew had been lovingly created and others sent down the drain in pursuit of perfection, the brothers knew they had something special. Investing in a 4-barrel brewing system, they renovated a building in downtown Corning and in June 2018, Liquid Shoe's opened its doors, inviting the world to taste the difference passion makes.

What's On Tap

Originally launching with four signature beers, Liquid Shoe's has since expanded its repertoire, now offering 8-10 distinctive brews on tap, alongside cans ready to accompany you home. Eric, known far and wide for his exceptional IPAs, tantalizing sours, and rich brown ale, continues to innovate. Our long-term patrons will tell you that the wheels of innovation are always turning at Liquid Shoe's. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for exploration, Eric is dedicated to crafting future brews that promise to surprise, delight, and bring aficionados and newbies alike back to Liquid Shoe's Brewing time and time again.
